Our NEW MMA (mixed martial arts) program combines kickboxing, judo, karate, and grappling for a combined full fighting and self-defense training workout. The new Texas Top Team fight team trains hard Monday - Thursday.
Our style consists of several styles merged together to form our American Freestyle Karate.
- Tae Kwon Do for kicking techniques.
- Shotokan for our blocks/strikes/and katas.
- Wing Chun for our forward strikes/blocks and self-defense.
- Judo for our throws.
- Aikido for our movements/blocks/throws/self-defense techniques.
- Jeet Kune Do for our trapping and blocking/feet movement/counters.
- American Karate for overall balance/strikes/blocks/our base system/katas.
- Kickoxing for the total workout experience. Combination of boxing skills with kicking techniques. Strength and conditioning at all levels.
- Grappling Jui-Jitsu for ground fighting, submissions on the ground. Joint locks, chokes.
